Bosing was founded in February 2007 by Amir Jatić with a clear vision: to build a technical company where quality, innovation and reliability are at the heart of every project. After many years of experience in engineering and project management, he decided to establish his own engineering and consulting company.

The company's first client was Amir's former employer, who entrusted Bosing with several ongoing projects immediately after its foundation. During the same year, the first independent engineering contracts followed. As demand continued to grow, the company expanded its team of engineers and moved into its first office in 2008.

A major milestone was reached in 2009 when Bosing successfully took over several projects and clients from another engineering company. This significantly strengthened the company's technical expertise and market position. At the same time, the growing energy sector increasingly relied on Bosing for civil engineering, steel structures and high- and medium-voltage infrastructure projects.

Over the following years, Bosing evolved from a traditional engineering consultancy into a multidisciplinary technical partner. Clients increasingly requested support not only for engineering, but also for project management, procurement, execution and complete project coordination. This led to an integrated approach in which clients benefit from a single technical partner throughout the entire project lifecycle.

From 2015 onwards, Bosing became involved in increasingly complex projects, including high- and medium-voltage substations, data centres, industrial facilities and other critical infrastructure. By combining civil engineering, structural steel, electrical engineering and advanced 3D/BIM modelling, the company delivers fully integrated technical solutions.

To support its continuous growth and address the shortage of highly qualified engineers, Bosing established its own engineering office in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, in 2017. Today, an international team of engineers works closely with the Dutch organisation, delivering engineering services for projects throughout Europe while maintaining the company's high standards of quality and flexibility.

As client requirements continued to evolve, Bosing expanded its services beyond engineering to include procurement, manufacturing, installation and complete project execution. These operational activities were brought together within Bosing Projects, enabling the organisation to deliver turnkey solutions covering feasibility studies, engineering, production, construction, project management and after-sales support.

Another important milestone followed in 2019 when Bosing invested in its own steel fabrication facility. This strategic decision provided full control over quality, delivery times and production flexibility. In October 2019, the first steel structure was successfully manufactured in Bosing's own workshop. Today, the company produces high-quality structural steel in accordance with European standards, seamlessly integrating engineering, manufacturing and installation.

Today, Bosing has grown into an internationally operating technical company serving the energy, industrial, utility and infrastructure sectors. With its own engineers, project managers, manufacturing facilities and installation teams, Bosing delivers complete technical solutions for utilities, EPC contractors, industrial clients and international partners. Innovation, quality, reliability and long-term partnerships remain the foundation of everything we do.
